The Role

As a Custom Pool Sales Consultant, you will be the face of East Coast Custom Pools. You will meet with qualified leads, understand their vision, and guide them through the custom design and buying process.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. If you are a self-starter who loves closing deals and controlling your own income, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Follow up on company-provided leads and actively generate self-sourced referrals to build a robust pipeline.
• Consultative Selling: Meet with homeowners in person and virtually to assess their backyard space, understand their budget, and discover their design preferences.
• Collaboration: Work alongside our design and engineering teams to present stunning custom pool concepts to clients.
• Proposal & Closing: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, provide accurate pricing estimates, and confidently close contracts.
• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent communication with clients from the initial consultation until the project breaks ground, ensuring a seamless experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in in-home sales, commission sales, construction, or real estate is highly preferred, but we will train the right personality.
• Drive: A hunter mentality with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowners’ schedules.
• Requirements: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone/tablet for presentations and CRM tracking.
